Track & Trace

From field to plate; at every stage in the preparation process of our herbs and spices, Euroma ensures maximum process assurance and traceability. Based on critical checkpoints, we have established product safety procedures and management measures that are constantly being validated. The refining of these procedures can come from both customer needs and current insights from scientific institutes such as Campden BRI Food and Drinks Innovation, TNO Innovation for life and Wageningen University.

Track & Trace

Euroma uses a fully automated track and trace system in which we register all relevant information about the receipt, processing and distribution of materials. This enables us to identify production batches and used batches of raw materials and packaging surprisingly quickly.

All information that may be relevant to the customer, such as the ingredients, origin, nutritional values and allergens is clearly stated in Euroma’s product specifications. In addition to these technical data sheets, Euroma may, within the framework of a service agreement, make available the results of specific product batches through an analysis certificate.

Allergens

In order to avoid any mutual contamination by allergens, Euroma applies very strict procedures. Stringent rules also apply in the area of hygiene. A coherent code of conduct, continual staff training and discipline in complying with procedures ensure that food safety is maximised.
